    Presentation
According to standard UTE C15-712-1, surge protection is mandatory DC side in the presence of lightning or for certain facilities depending on the length between panels and inverter and lightning strike density (the density of lightning strikes is established by Department).
In addition, revision 1 of standard UTE C15-712-1 requires that the disconnecting device is not integrated into the DC/AC converter.

Lightning protection DC for photovoltaic systems assembled by AIGER Cabinet allows to respond to the two points of the standard and is intended for the protection of the photovoltaic installations upstream of the DC/AC converter.
All our surge protection cabinets comply with standard IEC 60364-7-712 'Facilities in the building - part 7-712 - rules for special locations - photovoltaic power supplies and facilities'.
