    According to standard UTE C15-712-1, surge protection is mandatory DC side in the presence of lightning or for certain facilities depending on the length between panels and inverter and lightning strike density (the density of lightning strikes is established by Department).

    In addition, revision 1 of standard UTE C15-712-1 requires that the disconnecting device is not integrated into the DC/AC converter.

    Lightning DC bi-tracker cabinets assembled by AIGER to reply to two points of the standard and are therefore intended for the protection of the photovoltaic installations upstream of the DC/AC converter.

    Our photovoltaic kits comply with IEC 60364-7-712 'Installations in the building - part 7-712 - rules for special locations - photovoltaic power supplies and facilities.

    The SPD bi-tracker kit consists of a modular Cabinet in which are installed: 
    2 switch-disconnectors DC 4-pole to ensure the cut-off installation support
    2 SPDs DC type 2
