Product Description

The blue reusable tubular slide sheet is manufactured using 120gsm Transtex silicone coated nylon fabric. The fabric is sewn into a continuous tube with a double sewn french seam, which adds strength and durability. A web hanging loop is provided to allow the sheet to be kept with the patient at all times. Transtex is the specially developed silicone coated fabric used to produce the company's low friction patient handling aids. The fabric is silicone coated on both sides to provide the long lasting low friction necessary for stress free patient repositioning manoeuvres. The latex free slide sheet can be laundered, the maximum recommended washing temperature is 80 degrees. Allow to drip dry. The slide sheet measures 122 x 71cm with a maximum user weight of 400kg (62 stone). Tubular and flat slide sheets are not intended for lifting. All patient repositioning manoeuvres should be accomplished without lifting.
