The Beurer PM45 is one of the most advanced Heart Rate Monitors on the market. It provides exact and average heart rate measurements, and allows you to set your own training limits with an alarm that sounds if your heart rate goes above or below your chosen limits.

The device can tell you how many calories you've used in Kcal and fat burned in g/Oz, and can provide you with your personal fitness level between 1 and 5. Based on this it can then automatically suggest your training limits too. The PM45 can also record up to 50 lap times and provide you with an average.

The Beurer PM45 Heart Rate Monitor is waterproof and comes with 2 interchangeable wrist bands in white and blue. It also includes a wireless chest strap to detect your heart rate and a sleek storage case.
