Measure, track and monitor your glucose levels with the 3-in-1 Beurer GL 50 Blood Glucose Monitor.

This brilliant 3-in-1 compact device enables you to measure, track and monitor your glucose levels at home and on the go. Provided with a starter kit of ten glucose test strips, ten sterile lancet needles, storage case and batteries already inserted, the GL 50 gives you everything you need to monitor your glucose - perfect if you have diabetes or need to regularly check your levels.

The GL 50 is very easy to use; testing is made less painful with the penetrating and relaxing tapping massage feature. It has a built-in lancing device for taking a blood sample; relaying measurements in mg/dL or mmol/L on the blue illuminated LCD display. It has a USB to plug straight into your computer and pre-installed software to easily consult your results.

The GL 50 monitor has 480 memory spaces with date and time, and can offer you average values over 7, 14, 30 or 90 days.

The GL 50 is a medical device and requires a sufficient sample (just 0,6 microlitres) of fresh whole blood (capillary) for measurements.

Other monitoring functions on the GL 50 include warnings of unsuitable temperatures, low battery and low test strips. This device must not be used to diagnose diabetes, it is for monitoring glucose levels only. Consult your GP with regard to insulin doses. Lancets and testing strips are intended for single use only and must be replaced for each test. The device is compatible with SiDiary and Diabass and Plasma calibrated.
