Which size do I need?
With the knee bent at 30 degrees, measure the circumference of the thigh 2cm above the knee joint (A) and 30cm further up the thigh (B). If you are between sizes, please choose the larger size.

How does it work?
Owing to its weave the MyoTrain Support fits well and is very comfortable, with an anatomical shape that gives consistent compression. Velcro straps make the support easy to put on and give compression to specific areas.
Included are two pressure pads - large and small - which can be added and removed, as required. Immediately following an injury, the smaller (acute) pad can add targeted compression to stop bleeding and reduce swelling. The larger (function) pad adds compression to the area around the injury to minimise the spread of swelling and relieve pain. Lengthwise ribbing along the surface of the function pad improves lymphatic circulation.
Wearing MyoTrain regulates muscle tone and prevents re-occurrence of injuries.
