Agnus Castus has been traditionally used for centuries to relieve symptoms associated with PMS. Agnus castus is also known as Vitex, Chaste Berry or Monk's Pepper and is a large shrub native to the Mediterranean region of southern Europe. The plant produces small, aromatic white or lilac flowers in the height of summer and, after pollination, develops dark reddish-brown-to-black fruits about the size of peppercorns. One tablet contains 4mg of Agnus castus fruit (Vitex agnus castus L.) extract. Made from natural herbs. Independently assessed for quality and safety. Suitable for vegetarians.
