Product Description

Medical Ideas are proud to present the Waterproof protector/cover for dressings, bandages, plasters and casts. Suitable for showering and bathing and also re-usable

Enables you to take a shower or bath without the stress of getting your cast, bandage or dressing wet. Provides water protection from the toes all the way to past the ankle, as can be seen from the images.

There is a silicone diaphragm around the area where the product attaches to the skin which provides a watertight seal while maintaining comfort.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Measure the around the lower part of the calf and the thickest part of the plaster cast, this product is suitable for limb circumference 20-48cm

Directions:

STEP 1 - Hold the outer plastic ring and stretch silicone diaphragm outwards - see image

STEP 2 - Place the foot inside the cast cover- see image

STEP 3 - Once the foot is in, whilst still holding silicone diaphragm stretched, pull the cover over the foot until it goes no further - see image

STEP 4 - Griping the plastic ring, gently pull down, the silicone seal will remain snugly in contact with the skin- see image

STEP 5 - To remove simply pull down cover using the outer plastic ring

STEP 6 - Please take care when removing as pulling at the vinyl can result in the product tearing

STEP 7 - It is recommended that the product is allowed to dry naturally after use – place on shower rail and allow to drip dry
