To keep you moving, the Blue Jay comes equipped with four 20cm(8") rubber wheels featuring an attractive inner black rim. These allow the user to glide over a range of surfaces, both indoor and outdoor, and will not leave a mark as they spin. This unique product has outstanding handling, due to the rigid back and swivelling front wheels. Despite being constructed from a high grade steel, this rollator remains lightweight to operate. In order to be the perfect fit for all users, the handles can be adjusted to the exact height you require. Unlike other rollators on the market, there are no pin increments to change the height. Instead, a clamp like system means that users can pick the exact height that suits them. The handlebars can be adjusted between 76cm(30") and 92cm(36"). Do you suffer from arthritis or reduced mobility in your wrists and hands? Ergonomic handles and locking loop brakes are fitted as standard to help you get out of the house. When the user needs to stop, they can squeeze the brake grips, a cable brake system slows the rollator down. When a full stop is required, the user may push the brake grips down to anchor the rollator to the floor. This is useful when out and about, where no seats are available but the user needs a rest. The comfortable padded seat sits 52cm from the ground, and when coupled with the padded backrest, makes for a relaxing rest.
