Agnus Castus, is rich in compounds called Aucubins which work on the pituitary system to balance and regulate hormones. Agnus-castus is sometimes called "the women's herb." It is used for menstrual cycle irregularities, a more severe form of PMS called premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), and symptoms of menopause. It is also used for treating "lumpy" (fibrocystic) breasts, female infertility and preventing miscarriage in women with low levels of a hormone called progesterone. Ingredients: Di-calcium phosphate, agnus castus berry prep. (agnus castus berry extract, maltodextrin, silica), cellulose, magnesium stearate(v), silica. Directions: Take 1 - 2 tablets per day with food Do not exceed the recommended intake. Caution Notes. Do not take alongside endocrine therapies such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT), oral contraceptives and diabetic medication. Not recommended for Women who are pregnant or breast feeding.
