OVULATION TESTS
1.Collect a urine sample missing the very first pee in the morning. Reduce liquid intake few hours before testing. Try to collect urine at the same time each day when conducting the tests.
2.Dip the strip into the urine. After 10 seconds lay the strip on flat, dry surface.
3.Read the result within 10 minutes.
4.If the Test Line is at least as dark as Control Line, than read the result as POSITIVE. In this case you will be ovulating 24 - 48 hrs after the test was taken. If the Test Line is lighter than Control Line, than the result is NEGATIVE.
PREGNANCY TESTS
These kits test the pregnancy hormone levels (HCG) in your urine to find out if you've conceived. HCG should be detected by Pregnancy Test about 2 weeks after the conception.
1.Collect first morning urine.
2.Dip the strip into the sample. After 10 seconds lay the strip on flat, dry surface.
3.Read the result within 5 minutes.
4.If the Control Line and Test Line are visible (no matter how dark or light) than read the result as POSITIVE. However, if the Control Line is visible but no Test Line shows, than the result is NEGATIVE.
If you still think you might be pregnant retest the next day. It might be that you've tested too early. If there is a negative result continuously for several days and you think you might be pregnant, it would be advisable to have a pregnancy blood test done at your GP surgery.
